Pea Soup
Back- 600g frozen peas
- butter
- 1 onion
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- ~ 500ml water
- white bread
- 4 boiled eggs
- 200ml Cream
- Chop onion and fry in butter until starting to turn soft.
- Add peas. Add water and cover peas. Add stock cube. Bring to boil then let simmer for 5-10 min. Meanwhile...
- Boil your eggs.
- Mix soup with blender. Mix in cream.
